Yoga 4 SUP
Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Boarding, the fastest growing water sport in the world, is quickly becoming one of the best core workouts. A strong core is the foundation for strength, endurance, and good health.
Yoga4SUP was developed by Audrey Meyer, and is the first class of its kind in the Dominican Republic.
The 90 minutes class is a work out on the boards in the water comprised of basic and more challenging yoga moves that also incorporate the paddle. The class is full of laughs and also has a very Zen quality to it.
Join us and enjoy the combination of Stand UpPaddle boarding and Yoga. The paddle board makes a fine yoga mat and the extra balance required by being on the water intensifies the yoga routine. The peacefulness of floating on the water combines nicely with the meditative nature of yoga.
Yoga practice brings balance and restores all bodily systems by creating physical, mental and spiritual harmony. Both yoga and stand up paddle boarding are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, and body strength!

Yoga4SUP is a perfect work out from your head to your toes. No knowledge of Stand Up Paddle boarding or Yoga required! Anyone can do this fun, empowering class.
Yoga4SUP is offering group, semi private and private classes.
PRIVATE LESSON : $80
SEMI-PRIVATE : $55 per person
SMALL GROUP (3-4 persons) : $45 per person
LARGE GROUP (5-8 persons) : $35 per person
Prices are per person and lessons are 90 minutes.
